Do you direct-bill to my insurance?
Yes. We submit claims electronically to most major Canadian insurers on your behalf at the appointment. You only pay the uncovered portion — usually nothing, depending on your plan. Bring your insurance card to your first visit and we'll take it from there.
I'm anxious about the dentist. Can you help?
Yes — this is a big part of why our patients stay with us. We offer longer appointment slots, a calm-room environment, sedation options, and clinicians who explain every step before they start. Tell us when you book and we'll plan your visit around your comfort.
How long does an average appointment take?
A new-patient cleaning and exam runs about 75 minutes. Follow-up cleanings are usually 45–60 minutes. Most single-tooth treatments (fillings, crowns) are completed in one visit of 60–90 minutes. We'll confirm duration when you book so there are no surprises.
Do you accept walk-ins or only appointments?
We keep daily slots open for emergencies and walk-ins, but booked appointments get priority. For cleanings, exams, and treatment plans we strongly recommend booking ahead — you can do it online in under two minutes, or call us at (604) 464-1511.
Which languages do your team speak?
Twelve languages on-site today: English, French, Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic, Farsi, Tagalog, Slovak, Punjabi, Urdu, plus Spanish and others by request. Just tell us your preferred language when you book and we'll match you with the right clinician.
What if I don't have insurance?
No problem. We offer transparent pricing and partner with iFinance for 0% payment plans on qualifying treatments over $1,000. Pre-qualification is a soft credit check that doesn't affect your score. We'll always discuss cost with you before any treatment begins.
